You will wear the custom trays for 30 minutes-1 hour depending on your personal sensitivity and the percentage of carbamide peroxide "bleaching agent" you are using. The end results depend on the amount of time you whiten your teeth. You will receive enough whitening product with some left over for future touch-ups. Most people can do a touch-up about every 8-10 months for 1-2 days. If you tend to drink coffee, red wine, darker sodas you may need to touch up more often.
